Cedar Creek Lake
Fishing Report
06/25/2011

The Water temp is in the 80's. Bass have been hitting all kinds of soft plastics throughout the day as well as jigs. Swim senkos, and brush hogs rate at the top of the list. All the green colors seem to be working good as well as smoke purple. Top water baits are catching fish too, but early in the morning, with frog imitations and pop-r's being the best. During the day and throughout the afternoon the better quality bass are being caught deeper, down to 25 feet of water. The bait of choice for catfish seems to be night crawlers and chicken livers. I've heard of good catches on cats even during the daytime. Quality bluegill/red ear are being caught right now on crickets and worms. Crappie are being caught at night under lights using minnows. Thanks for reading and good fishing.
